Klaipedos Nafta establishing subsidiary

Klaipeda, Nov 16.

The Board of Klaipedos Nafta in a meeting today has decided to establish a close stock company UAB Duju Tiekimas,

Klaipedos Nafta will have 100 percent of shares of the new company.

The authorised capital of Duju Tiekimas will reach LTL 1 million (EUR 0.29 million).

Inga Cerniuk, Mindaugas Jusius, Rytis Ambrazevicius, Rokas Masiulis and Arvydas Darulis will be proposed to the Board of Duju Tiekimas.

The state owns 72.32 percent of Klaipedos Nafta shares.
